Unleash the Power of Tea: The Hidden Benefits of Different Types

GREEN TEA is famous for its rich content of catechins, particularly EGCG (epigallocatechin gallate), which is a potent antioxidant. I love sipping on green tea in the afternoons as a pick-me-up, and it’s such a light and refreshing option—perfect for those midday slumps!

WHITE TEA is the least processed of all tea types and is incredibly high in antioxidants. It has a delicate flavor that I’ve come to adore. When I want something light, white tea is my go-to. Plus, it’s known for its delightful skin benefits—who doesn’t want to sip their way to a healthy complexion?

Did you know that BLACK TEA contains theaflavins, which have been shown to support heart health? This tea is slightly sturdier in flavor and perfect for those cozy evenings. I tend to reach for a warm cup of black tea while curling up with my latest book.

Herbal teas often pack a punch when it comes to health benefits as well! ROOIBOS, in particular, is caffeine-free and loaded with antioxidants. I started drinking rooibos tea in the evenings to wind down, and it’s a soothing option without worrying about caffeine disrupting my sleep.

MATCHA is the trendiest tea currently, and for good reason! Unlike regular green tea, matcha is made from finely ground whole tea leaves, providing a concentrated source of antioxidants. I love blending matcha in smoothies or even baking with it for a healthy treat. It adds a gorgeous green hue and a unique flavor that is simply delightful.
